Mami Y. - Career & Identity Coaching
4-Month Program
“Yes! I have been recommending Kristy's coaching services to my returnee friends. I would highly recommend Kristy's Coaching sessions for people like me, having a dual cultural background, in a loss when it comes to career/future especially in a difficult cultural context, and for those who have are purely interested in Coaching.”
Before 1-1 Coaching Session - Biggest Obstacles Before Joining?
My friend University Yuina recommended me to take your course when I was having my career crisis!
I sought to sort out my feelings towards my career and future.
What mindset beliefs did you overcome?
Not to be sorry of the assumptions or mindsets I had. I felt very comfortable telling Kristy honestly my thoughts that may otherwise be taken as offensive by other colleagues or friends. Kristy rephrased my negative words to a positive way that I now feel proud of presenting to make myself comfortable.
What made the biggest difference (or had the biggest impact) for you during the coaching program?
Accepting myself that I have thought as a burden or a myth! For example, I now am proud to say that I am intelligent!
If you could describe the coaching experience in a few words, what would that be?
Rephrasing your thoughts, Confidence, Motivation
After 1-1 Coaching Session with Kristy
I reached out to Kristy when I was in a career and identity crisis after changing jobs. I was not so familiar with Coaching but I knew I could trust her because we shared many challenges, backgrounds, ambitions etc...
For me, I really needed someone to re-phrase and clarify my blurry thoughts I did not know how to digest by myself. Each session started out with a casual talk but Kristy guided through so that we understand 'why' I came to these thoughts, 'what' I was actually seeking for, and I loved how it always ended with a positive note, and room for me to brainstorm further.
I would highly recommend Kristy's Coaching sessions for people like me, having a dual cultural background, in a loss when it comes to career/future especially in a difficult cultural context, and for those who have are purely interested in Coaching.
