KMC coaching style is a mixture of collective positive influence, positive self talk correction, and empowered accountability. Every session begins with a grounding practice and ends with aligned action. KMC coaching has been described as reflective, self affirming, motivational clarity sessions.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. Please consult a therapist if you are seeking professional help.

The curriculum designed for you in this program, is supported by the training I received in Alyssa Nobriga's Institue of Coaching Mastery (12 month) program. I've been professionally trained for 12 months to practice 25 transformational modules (ie. shadow work, Byron Katie's The Work, positive + negative projections, nourishment barriers + dozens more), that support you as you transition through relocations, job loss, relationships, career transitions, etc.

In addition to the mindset modules, you will experiment with personal development tasks like the 360 Leadership Interview, Time detox + Energy management, and other leadership tools learned from Kristin Constable's Activate Business Accelerator (6 Months).

• Private 60-Minute Session $250 USD (1 Mindset Module)

• Private 90-Minute Breakthrough Session - $495 (2 Mindset Modules)

• 3-Month Coaching Package – $3,500 USD (Includes 4 × 50 minute sessions per month + unlimited support between sessions + 6 or more Mindset Modules)

• 6-Month Coaching Package – $7,000 USD (Includes 4 × 50 minute sessions per month + unlimited support between sessions + 12 or more Mindset Modules)

Intake for new clients in programs is quarterly: Jan, April, July, Oct

Intake for one-off sessions is on a rolling basis :)
