What mindset beliefs did you overcome?
My thoughts have definitely become more coherent as Kristy helped and encouraged me to put them into words. I overcame mindsets of me not making it, not being good enough, not feeling loved or appreciated enough. I also overcame assumptions that contributed negatively to my behavior and social skills, such as loneliness, insecurity, family loss and trauma, difficulty living abroad in another country. I now see these experiences as challenges that I have the ability to tackle and succeed in.
What made the biggest difference (or had the biggest impact) for you during the coaching program?
The way I see life, as a journey that takes everyday into account, and the seeds of positivity I should insert daily so as to make living worth it. The coaching program has contributed greatly to my mental health and physical well being, as I was in the middle of such a stressful time in my career and finances. Kristy is a coach who guided me to look at thinks with perspective, and find a balance with my logical reasonings and my emotional standing.

My experience with Kristy has been life-changing. I reached out to her during my first career transition, and with her guidance and patience, each session was filled with unpacking doubt, negativity and stress, instead replacing them with confidence, positive affirmations, and clear goals. It can be difficult to find the right coach who has been through the exact experiences one is facing at the moment, and I am so happy that Kristy offers her services to the many, especially women and POC who transition or upgrade from educational careers here in Japan.
Kristy is knowledgeable, timely and so gentle with her coaching style, that I immediately built trust with her from the get-go. I feel much more confident and determined about my future. I recommend Kristy to anyone who is looking for a career change!
