Began job-hunting in Japan and wanted to seek out a bilingual professional who understands the Japanese job market.
Lack of clarity surrounding the Japanese job market and lack of self-confidence.
What mindset beliefs did you overcome?
The biggest thing Kristy taught me was to move from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset! I learned that there are so many opportunities available to me, and that I can achieve so much if I trust in myself and the process.
What made the biggest difference (or had the biggest impact) for you during the coaching program?
Kristy's personality and words of encouragement! I walked away from each session feeling reinvigorated. She also helped me to make sense of all of my ideas and thoughts and help me format a clear game plan for job-hunting.

Kristy was my career coach for 3 months, helping me overcome the Japanese job-hunting process for the first time. I entered her coaching program having a general idea of my career goals, but lacked the self-confidence to show up as myself in interviews, and lacked clarity surrounding my bigger career goals. Kristy helped me to show up as my most confident self, ultimately landing my dream job! I'm so thankful for her coaching, and highly recommend her for anyone looking to make a career change to either Japan or the US.
